What happens once I've paid on-line?

Once you have paid you will recieve an email from Google Checkout for your payment. We will also contact you via email to acknowledge your payment, and will also ask you when you would like to arrange your appointment. You can also contact us by telephone on 020 7241 2816.

What if I need to change my appointment

To change your appointment, please contact us within three working days of your appointment. So we can inform photographers and make up artists(if booked). To change your appointment date please call 020 7241 2816 asap. Please note your deposit may not be refundable.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

To cancel your appointment please call 020 7241 2816 within 3 working days of your appointment. Please note we will retain a cancellation fee of £50 for administration costs.

Why do I need to make a payment before booking?

A photographer and if booked also a make up artist are booked for each appointment. We must pay their booking fee's. So hence a non refundable deposit of £50 needs to be taken to ensure that each client attends.

Is it safe to give my card details over the internet?

We use 'Google Checkout' for all online transactions, 'Google checkout' is one of the worlds largest and safest online payment systems.
Your financial details are kept completely private and is not shared with the StudioTime.
Once you have paid via 'Google checkout' you will receive an e-mail confirming your payment.
