London Hire Studio
StudioTime offers its East London studio space for hire / rental to photographers and film/TV crews. The space can also be used as a art gallery.
The hire studio is contained within an old East London Victorian warehouse, with large Victorian windows with view of the park, 12ft high ceiling and a wooden floor full of character.
Only 10 minutes from London’s Liverpool street station, the City of London, Hoxton, Shoreditch, next to Broadway market and Hackney. London fields train station is next to the studio. There is unrestricted free street parking outside.
Studio hire starts from as little as £30 per hour (full day £180), all prices includes free flash lighting hire (2x Bowens Espirit).
We also offer make up artists, models, stylists assistants and of course photographers if required.

Photographic Equipment Hire
Studio Time also offer photographic equipment for hire at the studio and on location, both film and digital camera equipment. If you are traveling in from abroad we can arrange to have the equipment ready at the studio for your shoot. If you are using a high end piece of digital kit we can bring in a digital operator to help and guide you thought out your shoot.
StudioTime also hire's equipment for promotional sales, retail, corporate and event use.

Studio Hire Pricing
When planning and booking your time please remember to include your set up and take down time within your time scale. So if you book 2 hours this must include set up, shooting and take down with in the 2 hour time. As not to run into the next booking and to avoid overtime charges.
Should you require a Professional Photographer for your shoot we can provide our services.
Please note filming rates are slightly higher due to the extra power consumption of continuous lighting.

Booking Policy and Terms
Booking Deposit
To book a studio slot you will need to pay a deposit of £50 per day, to secure you date and time. The remainder is then due at the end of your hire period. Equipment hire will require a holding deposit for accidents or damage.
Cancellations and changes
If you cancel a booking we will retain your deposit. You can change may be able to change your date but please call us to check.
Payment method
We ONLY accept payment in cash or card.
Breakages and damages
Please note any damages or breakage’s will be payable at the end of the shoot. The person booking is responsible for any damages.
Health and Safety
Please follow the health and safety guide below when using StudioTime’s studio and equipment.
Please note that StudioTime will NOT be held responsible or liable for any accident caused by the hirer their staff, team or clients whilst using the studio or equipment.
Public Liability
Please note photographers, film makers, production companies should have their own public liability insurance to cover any accidents to their crew, cast, models and staff. StudioTime's public liability insurance does NOT COVER you.
Studio Rules
- Music must be played at a reasonable level, we are in a shared building.
- There is a no smoking policy by law in the studio.
- We will not admit anyone who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
- You must comply with studio staff.
- Pets must be supervised.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Studio property and equipment will be treated with care.
