Last weekend StudioTime was at the London ExCEl center working once again along i2i media and Hasbro, helping running a promotional and marketing event at the annual MCM expo. Studio Time photographed potential customers after their data was captured by the marketing staff. You can see the whole photo taking process in the video below.
Studio Time are on a 5 week tour with Hasbro around the UK at present. Hasbro are running a promotional tour of the UK shopping centers to promote their strategic card game “Magic”.
Studio Time are providing the free give away of a photographic portrait with a choice of fantasy backgrounds. Members of the public are photographed against a green screen, the photo fed instantly in to the computer and a choice of background can be selected and printed all within 3-4 minutes. The prints are postcard size with the brand logo and web address, the customer can then take these away. We are also able to provide the finished photos on a USB branded stick or arm band for the customer to use on thier facebook and other social networks.
Studio Time were at is again running a Green Screen event for the video game launch of Star Craft 2. The event took place at the GAME store in London’s Oxford street. It was a midnight launch with over 1000 people turning up.
Studio Time set up a small studio facility between the que in-store, using a green screen, lighting, photographer and our digital system with instant printer we were able to give the fan’s a very personal promotional gift, of their face placed into the games poster. There’s no doubt that most people went away and used there new photo as their ‘facebook’ profile pic.
Studio Time were able to supply each fan/customer with a 10×8 inch glossy photographic print to take home. Demand got so big that we had a que that rivalled the games sales que!!!
Studio Time were contracted by Lucas Films to facilitate a video gaming press event in London.
Studio time had to shoot members of the press with popular Star Wars characters on green screen and then super impose them on to Star Wars promotional poster. The guest were then given their photograph as a printed postcard. Photos were also later emailed to people.
The venue presented a few problems but we were able to work round them and still produce a great end result.

Online fashion retail company My-wardrobe.com were in again using Studio Time’s green screen studio facility to film their latest fashion styling guide, informing you what to wear this season.
Xrabit the Dalston music producer used Studio Time to film DMG$ for “Follow the leader” music video. A green screen and black background film. Studio Time arranged the hire of the LED ring light for the DV camera, which gave the hip hop video effect. Xrabit is signed to Big Dada records.
